Sword and Pencil Mind Control Print

S&P x BC Mind Control gallery style print! This is our second official collaboration on hangable artwork with Josh Nadeau of Sword and Pencil.

 

In Episode 327 of Blurry Creatures, artist Josh Nadeau discusses a design he created that explores the intersection of art, beauty, and faith, while critiquing societal mechanisms that suppress these elements. Inspired by Eastern Orthodox iconography, Josh’s artwork incorporates symbolism referencing Project Monarch and Operation Mockingbird and other mind control programs, highlighting the use of media, music, and pharmacology as tools for mass psychological influence and subservience. The piece serves as both a spiritual reflection and a commentary on the erosion of beauty and faith in modern society, declaring that resistance is primarily spiritual.
