Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. That said, your experience matters more to us than any policy line. We want every single customer extremely happy and taken care of, so while we do not offer refunds to your original payment method, we make exchanges, defect replacements, and store credit easy. We are a small business, so all patience is appreciated as we work through your request. Here's how it works.
Exchanges (Size Changes)
We gladly exchange items for a different size. To qualify, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage
- Returned with all original tags attached
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a size exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is sold out, we will offer store credit or an alternate size.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on size exchanges. We cover shipping on the replacement item sent back to you.
Manufacturing Defects
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. This includes flaws in printing, stitching, materials, or workmanship.
Please report defects within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs for verified defects and send a replacement right away. If the item is no longer in stock, we will arrange a comparable replacement or store credit.
Store Credit
In select situations, we may accept a return in exchange for store credit rather than an exchange. Store credit is issued for the item's purchase price, excludes original shipping costs, and never expires. Approval is at our discretion. Reach out before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility.
International Customers
We love our customers around the world, and we want to be upfront about what we can and cannot do across borders.
Because international shipping costs are high, we are not able to offer size exchanges on international orders. We recommend double-checking our sizing guide before you order. If a size does not work out, reach out to us, and we will do our best to help, which may include store credit toward a future order.
Manufacturing defects are fully covered, no matter where you live. If your item arrives defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will replace it at our cost. You will not pay anything for a verified defect.
Please note that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control.
How to Start a Request
Email store@blurrycreatures.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The item and reason for your request (size exchange, defect, or store credit)
- Photos, if reporting a defect
Our team will respond with the next steps and a return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Processing Times
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process exchanges and store credit within 5 to 7 business days. You will get an email confirmation when your replacement ships or your credit is issued.
